Beta terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Syrebrum and CrossPCAI software and this website, provided by CCD Enterprise & Development LLC ("CCD", "we"). By downloading or using them you agree to these terms.

Beta software

Syrebrum is beta software, provided as is. It may contain bugs and change without notice. It is for use on your own computers, accounts and network. It is not a safety-rated system, and you should not rely on it for anything where a failure could cause injury, loss of life or serious harm.

Your responsibilities

• Use it only on computers, accounts and networks you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for what you ask it to do, for the AI providers and accounts you connect, and for following those providers' terms and the law (including consent rules for calls, texts and email).
• Review what Syrebrum proposes before approving anything that spends money, makes major changes or reaches other people.
• Do not use it to attack, scan, or access systems you are not authorized to test, or to send spam or deceptive content.

AI output

AI output can be wrong. Syrebrum's checkups and reports are aids, not guarantees; they are not legal, financial, security or engineering advice.

Licences and plans

The free beta license is for testing and personal use. Paid plans and business terms will be announced before they start. We may update or end the beta at any time.

No warranty; limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the software and website are provided without warranties of any kind, and CCD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero for the free beta).
