Basics

What is Syrebrum?

Syrebrum is one command center for all your computers and all your AI. It connects the PCs, servers and AI tools you already own and runs work on any of them at once. You stay in charge of anything that matters.

Who is Sy?

Sy is the assistant inside Syrebrum. You tell Sy what you want done, in plain English, and Sy does it on the machines and tools you've connected.

Who makes Syrebrum?

CCD Enterprise & Development LLC, based in Louisiana. More about us.

What do the Available, Beta and Planned labels mean?

Available works today. Beta works but needs setup or is still being proven. Planned is on the way. See every feature and its label.

Machines and setup

What does Syrebrum run on?

The command center runs on Windows 10 or 11. Other machines on the same network can join as workers: Windows, Ubuntu, Debian and TrueNAS.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes. Install on your PC and choose Command center, install on each other machine and choose Worker, paste your key, and tell Sy what you want done.

Do I need more than one computer?

No. Other machines are optional.

Can Sy run coding agents?

Yes. Hand work to Claude Code, OpenCode or GitHub Copilot's agent on a chosen machine, with permission levels per folder. Sy can install OpenCode and Claude Code for you. Coding agents.

Why might the installer say Orus?

Orus was the product's earlier name. Installer file names may still say it until the next release.

Your AI and your data

Which AI models can I use?

Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Meta Llama through OpenRouter or Groq, and local models through Ollama. Add a key once and switch whenever you like.

Are my files uploaded to you?

No. Sy runs on your own computers. Your files, mail, calendar, sales data and records are processed on your machines and are not uploaded to us.

What does the licence service record?

Your licence key, your plan and the device identifiers needed to enforce seat limits. Never the contents of your files or screens.

Where do my words go when I use a cloud model?

To that provider, under your own account and their terms. Local models through Ollama keep everything on your machine.

Do you sell my data or train AI on it?

No. Data from connected services is used only to provide the features you see. It isn't sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

What happens when the cloud AI is down?

Sy answers with a local model and tells you it did.

Control and safety

What can Sy do without asking?

Read and analyze your data, write reports and drafts, update its own records and, within daily limits you can change, publish social posts and reply to reviews. You can switch any of these to "ask me" or off.

What will Sy never do on its own?

Payments, transfers, refunds and purchases. Ad spend. Contracts, signatures, legal or tax filings. Major changes such as prices, accounts, hiring, deleting data and new connections. Changing security settings on your computers. Contacting people who haven't contacted you first. No setting unlocks these.

Does Sy handle my passwords?

No. Sy never handles your passwords, keys or tokens. Sign-in tokens are stored on your computer, readable only by you.

Can I stop everything at once?

Yes. The pause switch stops everything that goes out.

Is Syrebrum safety-rated?

No. It's beta software for your own computers and accounts, and it isn't a safety-rated system.
