A back office for any small service or retail business.
Contacts, a simple catalog, an appointment calendar, quotes that turn into invoices, a follow-up queue and review-request drafts — on one screen, on your own computer. Salons, cleaners, landscapers, handymen, photographers, consultants, small shops: relabel the pieces in your own words.
Included in Basic ($29.99/mo) and every higher plan. No separate purchase. Already on Basic, Pro or Premier? It is already in your Syrebrum — open Settings, then Packs.

What the pack actually does
The office jobs most small businesses do by hand, done in one window. Only what the pack ships with today — no inflated claims.
Contacts in one place
Customers and leads with notes, tags, email and SMS consent, and the full history on one page.
A simple catalog
Services and products with price, duration and a tax flag. One source of truth for quotes and invoices.
Appointments without double-booking
Your own working hours, staff (or just the owner), open slots and a one-page day view. The calendar lives on your computer.
Online bookings land here
Bookings made through your own Cal.com account land in the pack as scheduled appointments, with a drafted customer confirmation for you to review. You keep the Cal.com key; we just read what it hands over.
Quotes and invoices
Build a quote from the catalog, approve it, turn it into a draft invoice. Your own Stripe or Square payment link goes on the invoice; overdue reminders at 3, 7 and 14 days are prepared as drafts.
Follow-ups you can see
Call-back, check-in, review and other follow-ups go in one queue and feed the morning brief, so nothing falls off the list.
Review requests after a job
After a completed appointment, a review-request message is drafted using the Google review link you paste. You hit send.
A one-page dashboard
Today's appointments, money owed, quotes waiting and follow-ups due. The things an owner opens the app to see.
Four scheduled helper agents
A morning brief, a follow-ups scan, an overdue-invoice reminder sweep and a review-request pass. They draft; you send.
Two rules that make this different
Everything stays on your computer
Customer names, phone numbers, notes, quotes and invoices live on the shop PC. CCD does not run a cloud server that holds your customer list. If a competitor subpoenas our database, there is nothing in it that is yours.
Nothing goes out without your approval
Every text, email, invoice and review request waits for a one-tap OK first. Confirmations, reminders and review notes are drafts the owner sends. The app will not send on its own.
Included in Basic, $29.99 a month
Graham priced the Small Business Pack at $29.99/mo — the same as our Basic plan — so it is folded in. Any active Basic, Pro or Premier licence turns the pack on; Settings → Packs shows it as Included in your plan. There is no separate Stripe product and no extra invoice.
Pro ($49.99/mo) and Premier ($99.99/mo) include it too, alongside everything those plans already have. The HVAC Company Pack for heating-and-cooling shops is included in Pro ($49.99/mo).
