Syrebrum

Your NAS, your servers and your desktop, finally answering to one place.

A homelab grows one box at a time, and so does the list of things you have to log in to. Syrebrum pairs your TrueNAS, Ubuntu and Debian machines with the Windows PC you sit at, so you can check on all of them, run jobs across all of them, and put your own graphics card to work on local AI.

Vision on your own GPU Beta

A vision model on your own graphics card can suggest the next click on screen. It never clicks. Off by default.

Screen vision

Updates that undo themselves Available

Signed, checked before install, rolled back automatically if the new version is unhealthy.

How updates work

As local as you want it to be.

Sy runs on your own computers. Your files are processed there and not uploaded to us.

Pair it with local models through Ollama and Syrebrum can run in a mode that keeps everything on your network. Prefer a cloud model day to day? Add your key. If the cloud can't be reached, Sy falls back to the local model and tells you it did.

The licence service records your licence key, your plan and the device identifiers needed to enforce seat limits. Never the contents of your files or screens.

Questions homelabbers ask

Does it work with TrueNAS?

Yes. TrueNAS machines can join as workers and get the read-only security checkup along with your Ubuntu, Debian and Windows machines.

Can it break my NAS?

The checkup is read-only. Changing security settings and deleting data always wait for you. Syrebrum's own updates are signed and roll back if the new version is unhealthy.

Do I have to use a cloud AI?

No. Use local models through Ollama, and Syrebrum can keep everything on your network.

Why does the command center need Windows?

The command center is a Windows desktop app today. Everything else in your lab joins as a worker.

Tell Sy what you want done.

YouCheck every machine and tell me what needs fixing first.
