Syrebrum

Delete your Syrebrum data.

Syrebrum runs on your own computer and does not store your business data on a CCD server. To fully remove what Syrebrum had, do these three things in order. Prefer we walk you through it? Email info@syrebrum.com or call customer support at (337) 333-4091.

1. Disconnect each connector from inside Syrebrum

  1. Open Syrebrum.
  2. Go to Settings › Connections.
  3. For each connector in the list, click Disconnect. Syrebrum also calls the provider's revoke endpoint where one is published, so the grant goes away on the provider's side too.
  4. If a connector shows "offline" or "error" and the Disconnect button is greyed out, click Forget instead — this deletes the local token file even if the provider could not be reached.

2. Delete the local Syrebrum folder

Close Syrebrum first (right-click the tray icon › Quit).

  • Windows: delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrossPCAI (paste that into File Explorer's address bar). This removes all cached data, tokens, and logs.
  • macOS: delete ~/Library/Application Support/CrossPCAI and ~/.crosspcai.
  • Linux: delete ~/.crosspcai/.

To uninstall the app itself: Windows Settings › Apps › Syrebrum (CrossPCAI) › Uninstall; macOS: drag the app from /Applications to the Trash; Linux: remove the Flatpak/Snap or AppImage you installed.

3. Remove Syrebrum from each provider's account settings

These steps revoke access on the provider side even if Syrebrum's app on your PC was deleted or offline.

Google (Workspace, Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics)

  1. Open myaccount.google.com/connections.
  2. Find Syrebrum and click it.
  3. Click Remove access.

Microsoft 365

  1. Open myaccount.microsoft.com › Privacy › Apps and services.
  2. Find Syrebrum and click Revoke access.
  3. Tenant admins can also do this at portal.azure.com › Microsoft Entra ID › Enterprise applications › search for Syrebrum › Delete.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

  1. Open facebook.com/settings › Business integrations.
  2. Find Syrebrum › View and edit › Remove.
  3. For Instagram Business linked through a Facebook Page, the same removal covers both.

X (formerly Twitter)

  1. Open x.com/settings/connected_apps.
  2. Find Syrebrum › Revoke access.

Square

  1. Open the Square Dashboard › Apps & integrations.
  2. Find Syrebrum › Disconnect.

Stripe

  1. Open your Stripe API keys page.
  2. Find the Restricted Key you created for Syrebrum and click Delete.
  3. If a Stripe webhook endpoint was added, go to Developers › Webhooks › find the Syrebrum endpoint › Delete.

Slack

  1. Open your Slack workspace › Settings & administration › Manage apps.
  2. Find Syrebrum › open it › Remove.

Discord

  1. In your Discord server, open Server Settings › Integrations › Webhooks.
  2. Find the Syrebrum webhook and delete it. Syrebrum only uses webhooks; there is no OAuth app to remove.

Twitch

  1. Open twitch.tv/settings/connections.
  2. Find Syrebrum › Disconnect.

What happens on CCD's side

If you used the optional OAuth relay (relay.syrebrum.com) to sign in to Google, Meta or Microsoft, the relay only ever forwards tokens to your PC. It does not retain copies, so there is nothing on CCD's side to remove after you disconnect.

If you emailed info@syrebrum.com a diagnostic bundle, that email and its attachment are deleted when the ticket is closed, and in any case within 90 days.

Want written confirmation of deletion: email info@syrebrum.com or call customer support at (337) 333-4091.
