The contact and early-access forms collect your name, email and message. They are stored by our host (Netlify) and emailed to us. We use them only to reply to you and to announce builds. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising trackers.
Syrebrum runs on your own computers. Your files, mail, calendar, sales data and records are processed on your machines and are not uploaded to us. The licence service records your licence key, plan and the device identifiers needed to enforce seat limits, never the contents of your files or screens. If you choose to send a bug report, you see exactly what is sent first.
If you connect Google, Microsoft 365, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, Square or Twilio, Syrebrum asks for the least access it needs, read-only by default, using each provider's own sign-in. Access tokens are stored only on your computer, readable only by you. Data from these services is used only to provide the features you see, for your own business, on your own computer. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Google API Services. Syrebrum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you use an AI model (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, OpenRouter, Groq and others), the text you send to it goes to that provider under your own account and their terms. Local models (Ollama) keep everything on your machine. Syrebrum can run in a mode that keeps everything on your network.
When paid plans start, payments will be processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
You can disconnect any service in the app at any time; this deletes its stored token from your computer. You can also revoke Syrebrum's access in that provider's account settings. To ask us to delete anything we hold about you (such as your email on our list or licence record), email info@syrebrum.com.
Syrebrum is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for app users, tell you in the app.
