Syrebrum

One command center for every computer and every AI you own.

Syrebrum connects the PCs, servers and AI tools you already have. Tell Sy what needs doing and it runs on one machine or all of them at once. Anything that touches money, contracts or people you haven't met waits for your OK.

Changing security settings waits for you. Sy wrote the fixes down and stopped there.

An illustration of how Sy works. Machine names and results are examples.

You own the machines. You pay for the AI. You're still the go-between.

If you keep machines running

  • You open a terminal on every box to run the same command five times.
  • Your coding agent lives on one machine. The code that needs work lives on another.
  • Claude has no idea what ChatGPT did yesterday, so you paste the whole story in again.
  • The cloud AI goes down halfway through a job, and so does your afternoon.

If you run a business

  • Voicemails pile up until you find a free hour to listen to them.
  • Your inbox, your calendar and your sales numbers live in three different tabs.
  • Every AI tool wants to send email for you, and you don't trust any of them to.
  • Somebody has to post on Facebook. It keeps being you.

Sy takes the busywork in between. You keep every decision that matters.

One task. Every machine. One report.

Send a job to one machine, a few, or all of them. Each one does its share on its own hardware at the same time, so you wait for the slowest machine instead of the sum of them all.

One task leaves the command center, runs on four machines at the same time, and comes back as one merged report.Command centeryour Windows PCoffice-pcWindowsmedia-serverUbuntunas-01TrueNASbuild-boxDebianOne reportmerged by Sy One task leaves the command center, runs on four machines at the same time, and comes back as one merged report.Command centeryour Windows PCWindowsUbuntuTrueNASDebianOne reportmerged by Sy
Diagram: the command center on your PC sends one task to four machines in parallel, and Sy merges their results into one report.

You ask once

Type it the way you'd say it out loud. Send it to one machine, several, or every machine you've connected.

They work in parallel

Each machine runs its part on its own CPU, memory and disk. None of them waits in line behind another.

One report comes back

Sy merges the results into a single report, so you read one summary instead of four terminal windows.

How parallel jobs work

Sy does the busywork. The big calls wait for you.

You decide how much Sy does alone. Some things it will never do alone, however the settings are set. These rules are enforced by the software itself, not left to the AI's judgment.

Sy can do on its own

  • Read and analyze your data
  • Write reports and drafts
  • Keep its own records up to date
  • Publish social posts and reply to reviews, within daily limits you set

Switch any of these to "ask me" or turn them off.

Always waits for you

  • Payments, transfers, refunds and purchases
  • Ad spend
  • Contracts, signatures, legal and tax filings
  • Changes to prices, accounts or hiring, deleting data, and new connections
  • Security settings on your computers
  • Contacting anyone who hasn't contacted you first

No setting unlocks this column. Sy never handles your passwords, keys or tokens.

A learning week

For seven days after setup, anything that goes out waits for your OK. You watch how Sy works before it works alone.

A pause switch

One switch stops everything that goes out. Use it whenever something looks off.

A record of everything

Every automatic action is recorded and summarized, so nothing happens that you can't look up later.

What Sy can do, with an honest label on each.

Available works today. Beta works but needs setup or is still being proven. Planned is on the way. We'd rather you trust the label than be surprised later.

Built for two kinds of people who are done doing it by hand.

For whoever keeps the machines running

Developers with more than one box. Homelabbers with a NAS in the closet. Admins who look after a small office. Sy gives you one window for all of it.

  • Run a job on every machine and read one report
  • Put a coding agent to work on the machine that has the code
  • Check every machine's security in plain English

For the owner who'd rather run the business than the inbox

Sy learns how your business works, then takes the routine: reading mail, transcribing voicemail, summarizing sales and drafting posts. The decisions stay with you.

  • A daily report on calls, mail and sales
  • Replies drafted and saved for you to check
  • Posts that publish only within the rules you set

Your files stay on your machines.

Sy runs on your own computers. Your files, mail and records are processed there and are not uploaded to us.

Your keys stay home

Sign-in tokens and keys are stored on your computer, readable only by you.

The least access that works

Connections to Google, Microsoft, Meta, X and Square ask for the minimum access, read-only by default.

Updates you can trust

Every update is cryptographically signed, checked before it installs, and rolled back automatically if the new version is unhealthy.

Fully local when you want it

Use local models through Ollama and Syrebrum can run in a mode that keeps everything on your network.

Something we didn't cover? Read the full FAQ or ask a person.

What is Syrebrum?

Syrebrum is a command center that connects the computers and AI tools you already own. You talk to its assistant, Sy, from a Windows app, and Sy carries out the work on one machine or many at once. Anything involving money, contracts or new contacts waits for your approval.

What does it run on?

The command center runs on Windows 10 or 11. Other machines on the same network can join as workers: Windows, Ubuntu, Debian and TrueNAS.

Are my files uploaded to you?

No. Sy runs on your own computers, and your files, mail and records are processed there. The licence service records your licence key, your plan and the device identifiers needed to enforce seat limits. It never records the contents of your files or screens.

Which AI does it use?

The one you choose. Add a key for Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Grok, use Llama through OpenRouter or Groq, or run local models through Ollama. Switch whenever you like.

How much does it cost?

The free beta is open. Paid plans are Basic $29.99, Pro $49.99 and Premier $99.99 a month, all billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime. See pricing for the full comparison.

Is it safe to let an AI act for my business?

Sy is built so you stay in charge. Payments, contracts, ad spend, security settings and cold outreach always wait for you, and no setting changes that. A learning week, a pause switch and a record of every automatic action sit on top.

Tell Sy what you want done.

YouCheck every machine and tell me what needs fixing first.
